Samples

Customers need to provide as details as possible for making their samples to our sales representative, normally we can finish making the samples in 3-5 days. For any new customers, they need to settle the samples fee before delivery of their samples.

Postage

Customers are supposed to response for the postage fee. Our customers are supposed to provide their courier account number to us.

Imprint

We can help our customer to imprint any of their logo on our products, but they have to provide us an original format of file or sending us their film or artwork.
Customers are better to provide with their file with the follow formats:
Adobe Illustrator 9.0
Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Macromedia Freehand 10.0
Corel Draw 9.0

Packaging

Our unit price always included the standard plastic page or white box for each unit. However, customers can custom-make their new packaging. The MOQ for custom-make new packaging for each model is at least 3K units. Customers can use our existing packaging style with their own design. Thus, we will provide our die-cut for them. If customers would like us to design the packing for them, then the customers need to provide us as much as idea of their design for our designers

Lead-time

Our delivery time is three weeks after sample approved. If there is a large volume quantity order, then we will have to re-evaluate our current capacity and other supports, but we will try our best to work on the schedule with our customers. Sometimes customers are in a hurry for their orders, then, we will arrange the schedule special to make the goods for them.

Delivery

We just offer customer FOB ShenZhen. We always quote on FOB ShenZhen term.

Payment Terms

For any oversea customers, you are supposed to choose the payment term of "30% pre-deposit /balance before shipment”.

Warranty

Most of our of our products carry a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty covers any defect in material or workmanship under normal use. Battery excluded.

Quality Control

We always confirm the samples with our customer before production and we follow strictly from the approve samples for production. Thus, all of them are go through many very strict Q.C. processes. So our customers do not have to worry about the quality of our products.

Defected Items

Every effort will be made to return defected items and will be either refunded or replaced with a new item.

Safety Approval

Every of our product has safety approval such as CE and FCC certificate. And our products will have CE and FCC labeled or embossed at the back.
